Neither one of those possibilities is particularly comforting for the user. Only MacPaw, its developer, can know the reason for that, but I can think of two possibilities: either they are purposefully leaving components behind for reasons known only to them, or they simply don't know what they're doing. Its developer's uninstallation instructions are ineffective despite their recent claims to the contrary. There is no practicable way to reverse the effects of having used CleanMyMac2 other than to reinstall all affected files from backups or their original sources. Consider creating two or more redundant backups. You can solve it but you must follow the instructions below.

Please if anybody knows how to solve this kind of problem!!!! None of them are of any use at all, and all of them have the potential to do serious harm. Once you have resolved the situation, I trust that you have learned your lesson, not only about CleanMyMac, but about all such "cleaning" apps. If the system won't run properly after that, you'll need to go back into recovery mode and use Disk Utility to erase the hard drive, then reinstall the system again or restore your entire system from a backup made prior to running CleanMyMac. Do not allow it to do anything further to your Mac. If the system works at this point, be sure to uninstall CleanMyMac.
(Since you used CleanMyMac, it's possible all will not go well, however, thus the need for backups.)

This will simply install clean new versions of all the system files, and should leave everything else alone, assuming all goes well. To solve the problem, hold down command-R at startup to enter recovery mode, then reinstall the system.
If you do not have backups, shut down the computer and do not touch it further, then come back here for advice. This will be difficult, as it sounds like your computer is not in a fully functional state at the moment. To ensure that you keep as much of your data as possible, you need to back up the computer before doing anything else.
You have run a horrible app known to cause damage to the system or even data loss in some situations without backups, and you may have permanent data loss as a result. Before you do anything, do you have backups? If not, you're in a dangerous situation.
