Maybe this will help people with FSUIPC issues. Then apparently, FSUIPC will be properly configured. However, they said that a fix is to simply run the FSUIPC installer again once you have set up the SimConnect.xml file. They have you use the SimConnect.xml file as well, and according to their documentation this sometimes causes issues with FSUIPC.
